The Lounge is a “Safe Space.” To protect this environment, all members agree to:

• Respect Privacy: Confidentiality is paramount. What is shared by members within the group coaching sessions or community forums must remain private.
• Supportive Interaction: We prioritize a non-judgmental, collaborative tone. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate termination of membership.
• Progress over Perfection: We encourage honest sharing of struggles and successes. Feedback should always be constructive and empowering.

4. Fees and Renewals

• Subscription: Membership is based on a recurring subscription model to encourage long-term consistency.
• Payment Processing: All payments are handled through secure, encrypted gateways.
• Cancellations: You have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We believe in the value of our community. If you find the Lounge is not the right fit for your journey, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. Beyond this period, we do not typically offer refunds for partial months, as our digital resources and coaching insights are available for immediate use.

6. Intellectual Property

The coaching frameworks, exercise sheets, videos, and articles provided are for your personal growth only. You may download materials for your own use, but you may not record, redistribute, or resell any content provided within the platform.

7. Nature of Coaching

• Self-Leadership: Our sessions are designed for personal development and clarity. They do not constitute professional medical, financial, or legal advice.
• Results: Your growth is a reflection of your execution. While we provide the direction and encouragement, the results depend on your commitment to the process.
